Here are some links for fellow animation enthusiasts, or beginners that
would just like to know where to go to get some good art software.Wacom - Wacom offers a wide
variety of products, among which is the Wacom Tablet for drawing on your
computer with a pen instead of your mouse. There are several companies out
there that offer tablets, to the best of my knowledge none of them equal the
quality provided by Wacom.
Jasc - This
company produces a wide variety of Art software, if your interests lie in Photo
manipulation, or alteration then the product for you is called Paint Shop Pro 7,
it's easy to use, and offers a wide range of preset effects. The best part
of PSP7 is that included in the package is Jasc's Animation software, which
comes complete with an Animation, and a Banner wizard that does everything for
you with the click of a button. It's paint program is very limited, but it
is sufficient for small touch ups.
Adobe
- I think everyone knows about Adobe products, one of there most recent
additions is a product called Adobe Photoshop Elements 2, this product makes
working with photographs as easy as one - two - three. I have Photoshop
Elements 1, and have enjoyed quite a few of there preset options, and
filters. However Elements 2 is several hundred dollars more the Elements
1, and for the money I would still recommend Jasc products. If your
interested in having more options available to you, then adding Adobe products
to you computer is a good choice.
Procreate by Corel
- If you want the best paint program on the market, then this is the one.
This link takes to you to Painter 10, which is a Procreate product. If you
would like to see what else Corel
offers go here. I'm sure there are other fantastic paint programs
on the market for quite a bit more then Painter 10, but for the money this
product is by far the best. Dozens of preset brushes that can do anything
a professional artist can, with literally hundreds of preset variations for
these brushes... all at the click of a button... no programming skills
what-so-ever are needed with this software. The range of possibilities are
limitless.
Glass Palace - This site
offers several 3d graphics, and animation software packages, for those who have
an interest in creating realistic three dimensional art. Vue d'Esprit 4
is one of those packages, and for the money probably one of the best
choices. Glass Palace products are some of the best on the market, but
believe me when I say that unless your big, like an Auto Industry leader, you
probably can't afford them. Vue d'Esprit 4 however provides most of
the same features that the expensive products offer, and offers its software at
a price that the average enthusiast can afford.

Here is one of the best E-mail programs I've ever seen.
Incredimail - This e-mail has
more fantastic features then I can shake a stick at, but it's best feature, and
the reason I mention this product, is that it supports unlimited
animations. They can be placed anywhere in the body of your e-mail, and
sent to anyone. It's also possible to add your own animations to the
collections that they provide. I know most e-mail programs offer similar
options to one degree or another, but none of them offer the ease, and
simplicity that this company provides. It's one of those things that you
will have to just go check out for yourself. They offer a free version so
that you can see for yourself what a great product it is. It's worth a
look.
~ Here are a couple of
really fun little Flash and Shockwave Treats ~
Here's a fun site that features a flash program based on the movie
Secretary. You'll need to have Flash capabilities to enjoy this fun
little feature, but they provide a link for the download if you don't
already have it. All you have to do is click on Launch, and wait for
the next window to load, and then click where it says "Click her to
Begin" then it's ready to go. From that moment on just type
anything you want and every time you hit a key on your keyboard our lovely
little secretary gets a good sound swat :)) It's just plain
fun!!! Here's the LINK
for this naughty bit of entertainment.
Another bit of fun that is very much like the Secretary is one called
Play with my Boobs. This little trinket uses Macro Media Shockwave,
and instead of typing you you click on the little hand in the upper right
hand corner of the picture and drag it down to her boobs. It
immediately starts squeezing them, and in few moments it offers to loop the
action so that you don't have to click on her boobs to get the hands to
squeeze them. But what's extra fun is that once you turn off the loop
by clicking on it again another option appears that strips her... then when
you have the hands squeeze her tits you get enjoy the fun even more :)
Here's the LINK to
this fun little creation.
These are a couple of great
sites for Calendar Girls - Pin Ups :)
and
Hollywood Fakes
Duckrains Fakes -
This a fun site, and it's absolutely free. If you like fakes of
Hollywood actress this site has thousands of them. Some of the fakes
are excellent, and some... well... could use a little work, but either way
it is a really great site.
A couple of other fun sites that are free are The
Painted Anvil, and The
Great American Pin Up, both of these sites have Pin up Gals from the
forties through the sixties. Great sites for those of us who enjoy the
age of flirting... and talk about some fantastic art work! They also
have plenty of links to sites with content similar to their own.
